Speaking at the ceremony, the Air Force Commander, Major General Yilma Merdassa, said the promotion calls for more responsibility and urged the officers to complete the projects successfully.
On the day, the Air Force’s top executives were registered, the institute’s website was launched and pilots were introduced.
During the event, the army will also pay one month’s salary for national projects.
